Tracking Your Order

  • After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to your email.
  • Use this tracking number to track your order’s progress in real-time.
  • We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking information, especially during peak seasons when delays are more common.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Your package will have two tracking numbers:

  1. International Tracking Number – This begins with codes like HYYT or AT and tracks your order’s journey across borders.

  2. Local Courier Tracking Number – This tracking number is provided by the local courier handling the final delivery in your country.

Your tracking page will display both tracking numbers. If you cannot find the local courier details, please reach out to us for assistance.

Additional Tracking Tips

  • You can track your package on our store or the courier's website or via their mobile app.

  • The local tracking number will become active once the local courier receives the package.

  • After customs clearance, it may take a few days for the local courier to receive and process your package. This is normal, so don’t worry!
